PACKAGE option

NUTRITIONAL BALANCING PACK (BALANCE PACK + PLAN + 1 FOLLOW-UP) 3 sessions.

 

PACK = 1 BALANCE + 1 PLAN + 1 FOLLOW-UP - CHF 350 (3 sessions).

 

We can integrate more sessions over time according to the needs. From the 3rd session onwards the follow-up is CHF 110 for 45 min.

option INDIVIDUAL SEASONS

• 1st anamnesis session CHF 140.-.

• 2nd session or individual sessions CHF 120.-.

• The 30-minute sessions are charged CHF 90

  • In order to carry out your health check-up, I may ask you for previous analyses that will allow me to get deeper knowledge of your health situation. The first session lasts between 70 and 90 minutes. It can be shortened by sending me some of the questionnaires filled in before our first appointment.

  • Payment in cash or by TWINT on the day of the session. Any appointment not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be invoiced.

first session: health check-up

 

with complete anamnesis 

The first session allows me to get to know you, to understand your expectations and objectives. Then I establish a correct nutritional framework adapted to your tastes and lifestyle. To do this, I carry out a Health Check with a complete anamnesis and health nutrition advices/tips.

  • Define the GENERAL OBJECTIVE of the follow-up, the personal expectations/priorities through NUTRITIONAL COACHING strategies (motivation and valorisation).

  • General advice/register (collect useful information such as eating habits and behaviour, medical context, timetables, professional and family organisation)

  • Body impedance measurement: calculation of muscle, fat and bone tissue.

we will review and if necessary readjust the nutritional plan, then after a few days of work, we will redefine the objectives and motivations through nutritional coaching.

Taking into account all the information received at the first session, we will review the nutritional plan that will have been developed for you. We will discuss it together in order to adapt it to your lifestyle and we will establish a nutritional coaching strategy: identification of your internal / external and real motivations
