  • Join us in beautiful Formentera to meditate, breathe, eat healthy and light Mediterranean food and receive useful information on nutrition, mental focus and positive mindset

  • Discover Formentera by bike or car, visit stunning beaches with its famous blue waters or one of the magnificent lighthouses.

  • The program begins on the evening of the first day with a dinner and ends with lunch of the fourth day.

  • Lighthouses visits  at sunrise and sunset.

  • Shopping, visit little boutiques, hippy-market, visiting small villages

  • Languages: Between Esther and Catherine we speak English, Spanish, French, Italian and German.

 

  • We invite you to stay a 5th night to celebrate with us the end of the detox and start the retox with a dinner at the restaurant.

  • We suggest fly to Ibiza with Easyjet or via Barcelona with Vueling. We can help you with your reservation.

  • We lodge in a typical Formentera house, 5 min. from the sea with a beautiful view.

  • The flight

  • Ferry from Ibiza to Formentera, bus, taxi from and to the airport and home

  • Dinner, 4 nights of your choice

  • Breakfast at the restaurant on the last morning

Cancellation clause

 

  • Up to 30 days before the retreat full refund (excluding 150.- administration fee)

  • Between 29 - 21 days before the retreat 50% will be refunded (including 150.- fee)

  • 20 days before the retreat and less no refund will be possible
